I walked in with my broken screen on my IPAD. The young lady was so nice!! She answered all my questions! She had a lot of knowledge, which was great! Made me feel like I was in good hands! Then she said it might take as long as 2hrs, but that I could pick it up the same day, which was fantastic!! Then I got a callback saying it was ready and it only took 45min!! I was so happy!! I discovered Repair Lounge when my computer died on a Sunday. Yes, they’re open on a Sunday. Oriana gave me a few tips to try before I spent the money to fix it. But in the end I had to drop it off for them to do the job professionally. My computer was fixed the same day although I could not pick it up until the next day. They closed the Oceanside location but only a couple miles away is their other store. We have been to them a few times and have always been super happy. Just great work and NICE people working there.
